A Tyrone hit and run suspect has turned himself in to authorities. Thirty-nine-year-old Michael Perruna of Altoona has been charged with the hit and run of a young Tyrone girl on Tuesday morning. Perruna, who is awaiting arraignment, was charged with accidents involving bodily injury, aggravated assault by vehicle, and other traffic offenses. The victim of the hit and run is currently at UPMC in Pittsburgh, and is reported to be in stable condition.
