A Perry County man was found dead in his cell at a state prison in Centre County last Friday. The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections says staff at SCI Rockview were unable to revive 47-year-old Kevin Byler. Byler was serving a four-to-eight-year sentence for felony strangulation. His death is being investigated.
