Former Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Octavio Dotel was killed when a roof collapsed at a Dominican Republic nightclub on Tuesday morning. Dotel’s career spanned 15 seasons, including a stop with the Pirates in 2010. Reportedly, the 51 year old Dotel was rescued from debris, and transported to a hospital, where he later died. The death toll has climbed to 124.
