Pennsylvania is joining with fifteen other states in a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s revocation of previously announced funding from the Department of Education. State officials say that 116 district across the commonwealth, have lost out on funding with the administration’s cuts. In announcing the decision to join the lawsuit yesterday, Governor Shapiro said he is taking action to ensure that no Pennsylvania student is harmed by the federal government’s decision to go back on its word.
