An Altoona man has been charged after he allegedly fired a gun during a child’s birthday party and threatened to “shoot everyone”. Altoona Police arrested 21-year-old Tristan Roberts after they responded to a weapons call at a home on 5th Avenue. When police arrived, they reportedly found Roberts in an alleyway with a Glock 9mm handgun. Roberts is reported to have attended a birthday party inside the home when he got into an argument with a woman. At that point he allegedly drew a handgun and began shouting threats. When police arrived they discovered a bullet hole through the kitchen table. Fortunately no one was injured. Roberts was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats and other related counts. He was later arraigned and released on $100,000 unsecured bail.
