A Philipsburg man was sentenced yesterday to serve 10-20 years in state prison after pleading no contest in the sexual abuse of a one-year-old girl. Sentenced was 28-year-old Andrew Ramage who admitted to sexually assaulting the toddler, and was charged with numerous sex abuse-related felonies. Ramage must also register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
