The Centre County Coroner has identified the young man that was electrocuted near a utility pole in State College during the storms that hit the region on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Bryce Lowman of Chambersburg, Pa. The coroner’s office says an autopsy is expected this week.
