Harrisburg Named One Of Top Housing Markets In U.S.

Harrisburg is one of the top housing markets in the U.S.  That’s according to the Wall Street Journal and Realtor-dot-com, which has the Harrisburg-Carlisle area seventh in its Spring 2025 ranking of the hottest housing markets.  The list highlights metro areas in high demand because of a lower cost of living in or near economic hubs.  Toledo, Ohio was named the top housing market, followed by Manchester-Nashua, New Hampshire and Rockford, Illinois.  Reading, Pa., was ranked number 10 on the list.
