A Curwensville man is behind bars following an investigation conducted by state police regarding the sexual abuse of a young girl. Arrested was 42-year-old Eric Young who is reported to have, repeatedly sexually assaulted the young girl over a four-year period. Authorities report that Young forced the girl to perform various sexual acts and allegedly threatened to prevent her from seeing her friends if she told anyone. Young is facing 130 counts including felony rape by threat of forcible compulsion and other related charges. He has been placed in the Clearfield County Jail where bail has been denied.
