A 21-year-old Altoona man is facing a charge of kidnapping after he allegedly forced a woman into his car outside a bar in Tyrone. Landon Fagan was arraigned on Sunday on a single felony count of kidnapping to inflict injury or terror, and other related counts. According to a criminal complaint from the Tyrone Borough Police Department, Fagan was waiting for the woman to come out of DJ’s Café in Tyrone, and when she did so he allegedly forced her into his car and drove off. When he eventually stopped at a Sheetz, she ran inside, and snuck out the back of the store and was able to run home. Reportedly, Fagan posted his $50,000 bail and was released from the Blair County Prison. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 13th.
