Luigi Mangione’s legal defense fund is now topping more than one-million-dollars. That milestone was reached yesterday, on the accused healthcare CEO killer’s 27th birthday. More than 28-thousand people have donated to the Mangione online account with a median donation of 20-dollars. The University of Pennsylvania graduate, who was nabbed in Altoona last December, is pleading not guilty to stalking and murder charges in the deadly December shooting in Midtown Manhattan that claimed the life of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Mangione is due back in state court on June 26th, with his federal trial due to start in December.
