No one is facing criminal charges so far over a fight between a Pirates game day employee and a fan. A video that has been making the rounds on social media shows the worker taking off his belt and hitting the fan after it appears that he was spit on. A spokesperson for the team has confirmed the incident happened this past Sunday and the employee was immediately suspended. Pittsburgh police say they have not gotten involved but, there could be charges filed at some point.
