The Cambria County Coroner’s Office has identified the 94-year-old woman killed in a traffic accident that occurred on Tuesday on West High Street in Ebensburg. She has been identified as Francis Gabany of Colver. She was killed when the car she was riding in rear-ended a passenger van. Gabany reportedly suffered multiple blunt force injuries. Her death has been ruled accidental. Authorities say Gabany’s daughter, who was driving the car, remains hospitalized in stable condition. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
