One person was injured by gunfire early yesterday morning in the Moxham section of Johnstown, and another has been taken into custody. Johnstown Police report that they have arrested 33-year-old Terrell Dykes. He is facing numerous charges that include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and prohibited possession of a firearm. Terrell has been placed in the Cambria County Prison where bail has been set at one-million dollars. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 15rh. The identity of the victim has not been released, however the victim was taken to Conemaugh Hospital for treatment of a single gunshot wound. Authorities say the victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
