Pennsylvania State Police say six people, including a man from Johnstown, are facing charges for allegedly ripping off a charity that provides free event tickets meant for disadvantaged kids.  Police say 48-year-old Quan Britt, the director of an organization called Hope4Johnstown, has been charged, following a grand jury investigation into the fraudulent ticket operation which targeted a Pittsburgh based charity called ‘Tickets for Kids.”  Authorities report the suspects, including Britt, were getting passes from Tickets for Kids, and then reselling them, or giving them to their own families and friends.  Reportedly, Britt and his organization are facing felonies for corrupt organizations, conspiracy to commit deceptive business practices, and theft by deception.  A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
