More PA Rite Aid Stores To Close With Latest Bankruptcy Filing

rite

Eight more Rite Aid stores in Pennsylvania are set to close with the company’s latest bankruptcy filing.  This is on top of all three Rite Aid Stores in Altoona, which will be sold or closed in the next few weeks or months, along with Rite Aid in Hollidaysburg, Roaring Spring, Tyrone, Nanty Glo, Portage, and Johnstown.  Some of the locations may be purchased by another operator.  The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office is encouraging residents to use up any Rite Aid gift cards, coupons and rewards points before the stores stop accepting them on June 6th.  Rite Aid first filed bankruptcy in 2023.
