A Tyrone woman has been charged after she allegedly supplied drugs to a man who overdosed twice. Arrested and charged was 33-year-old Kayla Smith. Once apprehended Smith allegedly admitted to authorities she bought heroin and supplied the victim. She has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, recklessly endangering, and other related counts. Smith has been placed in the Blair County Prison where bail has been set at $200,000. Her preliminary hearing is set for May 20th.
