An Altoona school guard is facing charges into allegations that he raped a local teen inside his garage. Arrested was 73-year-old Ronald Rossman who has been accused of raping the 15-year-old, five times last summer. The teen reportedly told authorities on the day of the first assault, Rossman allegedly locked her inside his garage and made sexual advances towards her. Police report the teen accused Rossman of forcing her to perform other sexual acts on him, and he reportedly made her take a pregnancy test. Rossman was arraigned yesterday and is facing numerous charges that include felony rape by forcible compulsion, sexual assault, and other related counts. He was jailed on $250,000 but has since posted bail. He is to face a preliminary hearing on May 28th.
