Faced with a nearly $3.5 million dollar deficit, last night the Hollidaysburg School Board approved a preliminary budget that includes a 4.9% tax increase. The preliminary 2025-26 budget will be available for public review on the district website until the board meets again on June 18th. All school districts within the Commonwealth must have a final budget in place by June 30th.
