A Somerset County man is being heralded as courageous after he helped two women who were stranded in their car by flood waters on Tuesday. Reportedly, Ethan Todd walked into the flood waters and was able to rescue two women who were trapped inside, and carried them to safety on his back. Todd’s girlfriend was with him and was able to capture the rescue on video. Today, hundreds who have seen the video on Facebook, are calling Todd a true hero.
