Baseball Fan Who Fell 20 Feet During Pirates Game Was Given Beer

A Pennsylvania man is facing charges for allegedly giving beer to an underage baseball fan who fell 20 feet from the bleachers at a Pittsburgh Pirates game.  Pennsylvania State Police said Tuesday that 21-year-old Ethan Kirkwood is facing criminal charges for allegedly giving two beers to 20-year-old Kavan Markwood during the Pirates-Cubs game on April 30th.  Markwood is slowly recovering at a Pittsburgh hospital, where he’s being treated for back and neck injuries.  A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for June 23rd.
