Penelec Customers To See Rate Increase

Customers, whose electric supplier is Penelec, are to see an increase in their rates beginning this Sunday.  Prices will increase slightly more than five percent.  For the typical residential customer using 750 kWh of electricity per month, that translates to about four extra dollars per month.
