First time filings for unemployment are down slightly across Pennsylvania. That’s according to the latest data released from the U.S. Department of Labor, which says that for the week ending May 24th, there were over ten-thousand-200 initial filings for unemployment in the state. That number is down by more than 200 compared to the week prior. Nationally, filings for unemployment rose during the week.
