A Duncansville man has been accused of raping and assaulting a woman last month. Hollidaysburg Police report they were sent to Sheetz in Hollidaysburg on May 24th for a woman who had reported she had been raped at the home of 44-year-old Dennis Miller. According to police, the two got into an argument at his home, and the fight escalated when Miller allegedly, pushed, punched and choked her before the alleged rape. The woman is reported to have told authorities she left Miller’s home and went to Sheetz where she called 911. Miller was arraigned on Friday, and has been charged with felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and other related counts. Miller was released after posting bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for June 10th.
