How To Receive a Q94 Punch Card

• Q94 Punch Cards can only be obtained from a Q94/PA Roundhouse Rally representative at the Q94 tent at each of the above Live on Locations.
• Must be 18  years of age or older to enter

How The Contest Works

• Once Q94 punch card is received, contestants can obtain one Q94 stamp at each of the above Q94 sponsored PA Roundhouse Rally Live on Locations.
  • Punch Card stamps will be administered at the Q94 tent.
• You may only receive a stamp on your punch card for yourself and may only obtain (1) stamp per Live on Location.  You cannot receive a stamp for a person that is not physically present.
• Only stamps with the Q94 logo will be deemed valid along with a Q94/PA Roundhouse Rally representative’s initials and date of the Live on Location in which the stamp was received.
• If a punch card is lost or not present at the Live on Location you may obtain a new blank punch card, but no previous stamps will be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Once a contestant receives (3) Q94 stamps they will submit their punch card to a Q94/PA Roundhouse Rally representative with their Name, Phone #, Adress, and Email Adress printed on the back of their punch card. This completed punch card is your official registration for the Harley-Davidson Leather Jacket Drawing. No punch cards will be accepted with less than (3) stamps.
• Only (1) completed punch card will be accepted per person. All duplicates will be voided.
• Winner will be contacted and announced on the day of the drawing. (Date & Time TBD)

Grand Prize Drawing Date:

(Date & Time TBD) Drawing will take place at a Live on Location at Roundhouse Harley Davidson: 2626 PA-764, Duncansville, PA 16635. You do not have to be present at the drawing to win the grand prize.

Grand Prize and Declared Value:

• Grand Prize: (1) Harley-Davidson Leather Jacket worth up to $599 provided by Roundhouse Harley Davidson (2626 PA-764, Duncansville, PA 16635)
  • The winner will be fit for the leather jacket at Roundhouse Harley-Davidson and select which style and size they want under the $599 threshold.
• Winner will be notified by phone or in person at the drawing.
• A valid ID must be presented to claim prize
• This prize has no cash value

• The prize is transferable
• No employees of Lightner Communications or Roundhouse Harley-Davidson are eligible to win the grand prize

Lightner Communications in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) is conducting a contest named above. Odds of winning will vary based on Contest(s) participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Beginning on the above Effective Date, Lightner Communications, will be giving away the above-described Prize(s). The Prize(s) is transferable. If a Winner declines the Prize(s), there will not be any alternate Prize(s) available in substitution and that Prize(s) will not be re-awarded and becomes the property of Lightner Communications. Prize(s) may be time sensitive. Unless otherwise notified by the Participating Radio Station(s), winner(s) must pick up their Prize(s)/vouchers thirty (30) days from the Prize(s) award. Proper photo ID will be required to pick up a Prize(s) at the Participating Radio Station(s). Any Contest winner who during the course of a calendar year wins more than $600 in prizes in the aggregate from will receive an IRS Form 1099. Prize(s) may not be exchanged and have no cash value. Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station(s) Operations Director at the Studio Address. All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s) at their sole discretion. Lightner Communications retains the right to cancel this Contest for any reason at any time. Copies of the rules can be obtained on the station(s) websites, on the back of each register to win box, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Studio Address.
