A DuBois man is facing criminal homicide charges after a shooting that took place at a residence in Treasure Lake early Saturday morning. Arrested was 52-yead-old Christopher Euard. Euard has been placed in the Clearfield County Prison on other charges as well that include aggravated assault with attempts to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference, and recklessly endangering another person. The name of the victim has not been released. Bail for Euard has been denied, and he is to face a preliminary hearing on June 13th. An investigation continues.
