Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro says the shooting of state lawmakers in Minnesota is unacceptable. In a statement on social media following the shooting on Saturday, the governor said “we all have a responsibility” to stand up to political violence that is “tearing through” the country. Democratic State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband were killed, while Democratic Senator John Hoffman and his wife survived. The suspect, Vance Boelter was found last night, and taken into custody.
