Two 19-year-old Altoona men are facing charges for allegedly having sex with underage girls. State police say Nicholas Irwin, and Kyle Belardi reportedly had sexual relations with two 13-year-old girls last year. State police report the teens stole alcohol from a local Sheetz, and later engaged in sexual acts with each other. Belardi is charged with several felonies including aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and child pornography. Irwin is facing felonies that include statutory sexual assault, and other related counts. Both are free on unsecure bail. Their preliminary hearings are forthcoming.
