A Clearfield County man has been charged after he allegedly struck an Altoona Curve employee with his car, after he was told the parking lot he was trying to get into was full. Logan Township Police report that 64-year-old Lance Witherow of Morrisdale is facing felony charges that include aggravated assault, after police were called to the game on June 12th. Police report the employee asked to be taken to UPMC for head and back pain after he hit the ground. Witherow was arraigned, and has since posted a $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is slated for June 26th.
