A 30-year-old Windber man is behind bars after he allegedly sexually assaulted a Cambria County 14-year-old girl that led to her pregnancy. Windber Borough Police arrested Benjamin Burkett, who is accused of repeatedly abusing the teen after the two met on Snapchat. Burkett has been charged with felony statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and unlawful contact with a minor. He has been placed in the Somerset County Prison where bail has been set at $100,000. His preliminary hearing is set for June 25th.
