A Centre County woman was charged yesterday with felony child endangerment after police alleged she intentionally withheld a key medical device from a diabetic teenager.  Arrested was 40-year-old Elizabeth Timblin of Spring Township.  She is accused of withholding a continuous glucose monitoring device from a Type 1 diabetic, for three weeks last month, which resulted in the 17-year-old having to be hospitalized in critical condition.  Timblin has been charged with a felony count of criminal use of a communication facility, and a misdemeanor count of recklessly endangering another person.  She was arraigned yesterday, and released on unsecured bail.  Her preliminary hearing is slated for June 25th.
