A Penn State professor has been charged with stalking after he allegedly watched a family he did not know, through the windows of their residence in Patton Township, Centre County. Charged was 50-year-old Anoop Narayanan of Port Matilda. Reportedly, a camera had been set up outside the family’s apartment out of concern, after Narayanan had come to their home numerous times, crouching and sitting outside their window. When approached by officers Narayanan reportedly admitted to coming to the apartment and watching the family. He was arraigned earlier this week, and has been placed in the Centre County Correctional Facility, where bail has been denied. His preliminary hearing is set for June 25th.
