As the Fourth of July approaches, gas prices across Pennsylvania remain higher than the national average. That’s according to GasBuddy, which says the average cost per gallon of gas in the state remains the same this week as last week, at three-dollars and 38-cents. Nationally, the average cost is at three-dollars and 14-cents per gallon. Locally, gas prices dropped ten cents since yesterday, to three-dollars and 55-cents a gallon.
