A 64 year old State College man has been charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors in two separate incidents. State College Police say Scott Bryan has been accused of inappropriately touching a woman in her State College home, after he entered it uninvited. He is also to have approached two 14 year old girls who were standing on a street in State College, and offered them marijuana, and allegedly groped one of the teens. Bryan currently is not in custody, and is facing a preliminary hearing on July 23rd.
