Pennsylvania-headquartered Giant Eagle is selling all of their GetGo convenience stores. The grocery chain has finalized a deal with Canadian company Couche-Tard for the sale of the stores. Couche Tard owns and operates other convenience store chains including Circle K. Giant Eagle says the transaction enables their popular myPerks loyalty program to continue without interruption.
