A section of I-80 East near Snoe Shoe was closed yesterday due to an accident involving tractor-trailers, one of which hauling mozzarella cheese. The debris field extended over a 200-yard area, which had shredded mozzarella spread across the highway. Another truck was carrying boxes of hand wipes. No injuries were reported, and the roadway was re-opened around 9AM.
