An Altoona man is facing arson charges after he allegedly set fire to a woman’s clothes valued at over $3,000. Police say 20-year-old Julian Drago reportedly removed the clothing from the woman’s car on Tuesday morning and then set fire to them. Authorities report that Drago later admitted to breaking into the woman’s car and setting fire to her clothing. Drago has been charged with several felonies including arson, and reckless burning. He was arraigned yesterday and is free on unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is set for July 29th.
