The People’s Choice Festival gets underway today thru Sunday at the Grange Fair in Centre Hall, Centre County. Thousands are expected to attend this year to celebrate music, food, wine, entertainment and more. This is the 31st year for the event and is the largest collection of arts and crafts in the state.
