Centre County authorities have filed more charges against a Penn State Fraternity that is accused of repeated abuse and hazing against its pledges. Last week, Ferguson Township Police filed one count of misdemeanor conspiracy to commit organizational hazing against the Lambda Lambda chapter of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity. In May, fraternity president Jayson Archer, and fraternity dean Jacob Francis, were charged after an investigation into allegations of “extreme” hazing rituals in which pledges were struck with a large paddle, and punched by fellow frat members. The fraternity has been on suspension since March.
