A Bedford County man was arrested yesterday and facing dozens of charges after allegedly repeatedly sexually abusing a female juvenile, for over 3 years. State police arrested 20-year-old Sean Miller, who reportedly began to assault the child beginning when she was 14. Police report the victim was afraid of Miller after he allegedly threatened to “kill her” if she told anyone about the abuse. Miller is to be arraigned today on over 80 charges including felony counts of aggravated indecent assault by forcible compulsion, attempted rape by forcible compulsion, and attempted incest. He has been placed in the Bedford County Prison where bail has been set at $500,000 dollars. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 23rd.
