Motorists in Blair County will see some delays beginning on Monday. PennDOT reports the delays will occur during the evening and overnight hours for an intersection improvement project that will include work on Route 36 (Woodbury Pike) and Route 164 (Cove Mountain Road) in the borough of Roaring Spring and Taylor Township. This particular phase of the project will continue through August first, with most of the work taking place in the evening and overnight. The work includes shoulder widening, utility relocation, adding turning lanes, along with widening the lanes. The entire project will be completed in November.
