The Blair County African, American Heritage Festival has been rescheduled. The event, to be held in Altoona, was slated for the end of this month, but has now been moved to August 16th and 17th. According to their Facebook page, the festival is a celebration of culture, unity, and the rich legacy of the community. The festival will take place at the Heritage Plaza in downtown Altoona from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. each day.
