The Cambria County Coroner has identified two people killed in a one vehicle crash Sunday morning in Summerhill Township. Coroner Jeff Lees identified them as 21-year-old Ian Viscusi of Portage, and 16-year-old Breyona Neff of Bon Air. The two were pronounced dead at the scene when their pickup truck, believed to be traveling at a high rate of speed, crashed into a utility pole. Coroner Lees noted that Neff was a soon-to-be a junior at the Conemaugh Valley School District. Reportedly, toxicology reports are still pending on Viscusi.
