A Huntingdon man is currently behind bars after he allegedly threatened to shoot a woman, and everyone else inside a store. Arrested was 21-year-old Kevin Hess. Reportedly, the victim was at a gambling machine at Puff N’ Snuff in Huntingdon when Hess called her, and an argument ensured. During the phone conversation Hess allegedly threatened to come to the store with a handgun and shoot her and everyone in it. Hess has been charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, harassment, and other related counts. Hess has been placed in the Huntingdon County Prison where bail has been set at $100,000. He is to face a preliminary hearing on July 30th.
