The Monroe County, Pennsylvania man who admitted to killing four University of Idaho college students will be formally sentenced today. Bryan Kohberger will also hear from family members of the victims, but he is not required to tell the court his motive for the killings. Kohberger was arrested at his parents’ home in Albrightsville a month after the murders in November 2022. The former PhD student is expected to be sentenced to four consecutive life sentences with no ability to appeal.
