Expect delays today as giant windmill blades travel through Blair, Bedford, Cambria and Somerset Counties through September. Superloads are expected through PennDOT’s District 9 today on U.S. 220 in Bedford County around 7 this morning, and again an hour later. The route includes 220, and I-99 through Bedford County, I-99 and Route 22 through Blair, and Routes 22, 219, 4013 and 36 through Cambria County. PennDOT is reminding motorists to remain alert for these very slow moving, two-lane operations, and use alternate routes.
