A nine-year-old child is dead after an incident at Hersheypark. Hershey Entertainment says it happened Thursday afternoon at the Pennsylvania theme park’s water park known as The Boardwalk. The company said the child was immediately rescued and taken to the hospital, but was unable to recover. An investigation is underway.
