A Lock Haven man is behind bars in Centre County after he allegedly raped a young boy over a period of several years. Arrested was 37-year-old Michael Oglesby who reportedly raped the child in both Centre and Clinton Counties for nearly 9 years. Oglesby was arraigned last Friday on charges that include multiple counts of child rape, and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child. He has been placed in the Centre County Jail. Bail has been denied. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 6th.
