A Somerset County resident who was charged earlier with repeatedly raping a foster child, is facing new charges. Thirty-one-year-old Tyler Fuller, who once resided in Centre County, has now been indicted on federal child pornography charges. According to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office, Fuller allegedly received, and possessed a number of sexually explicit images of children. Earlier this month, Fuller was charged by State College Police after an investigation allegedly revealed he had been molesting a female foster child at his former home in Centre County. The United States Attorney’s Office notes in its press released that the maximum penalty under federal law for these offenses is 20 years.
