A Howard man was killed Sunday evening in an ATV crash in Centre County. State police have identified him as 59-year-old Roger Heverly, who reportedly was traveling along the 600 block of Greens Run Road Sunday evening, when he lost control and struck a tree. Police say he was traveling too fast for conditions, and he reportedly was not wearing a helmet. Heverly was pronounced dead at the scene.
